International Code of Practice
The University of Auckland has agreed to observe and be bound by the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students published by the Minister of Education. Copies of the code are available on request from this institution or from the New Zealand Ministry of Education website.
Health and travel insurance
International students must have appropriate and current health and travel insurance while studying in New Zealand. Purchase of The University of Auckland approved insurance is compulsory and a condition of enrolment. You will receive details with your letter of acceptance into the University.
Immigration
Full details of visa and permit requirements, advice on rights to employment in New Zealand while studying, and reporting requirements are available through the New Zealand Immigration Service.
Costs
All costs are shown in New Zealand dollars and are expressed inclusive of Goods and Services tax if applicable.
