The LLB degree
The LLB degree is a four-year (eight-semester) degree for full-time students.
Conjoint degrees with Law
Conjoint degrees offer you the opportunity to complete the LLB and another undergraduate degree within five years of full-time study.
The LLB(Hons) degree
Students may be invited into the LLB (Hons) programme on completion of all their LLB Part II courses.
Graduate Diploma in Law (GradDipLaw) & Graduate Certificate in Law (GradCertLaw)
LLB graduates from both New Zealand and overseas who wich to further enhance their legal knowledge are able to apply for a GradDipLaw or GradCertLaw.
Individual Courses (Certificate of Proficiency - COP)
Law courses can be taken as individual courses for a Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
Many LLB or LLB (Hons) students from New Zealand and around the world now take advantage of Auckland's one-year full-time LLM programme.
