Professors Jeff Berryman and John Farrar have been appointed Honorary Professors at the Auckland Law School. Both have long-standing connections with the Law Faculty and Dean Andrew Stockley welcomed their appointments.
Professor Berryman obtained his Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and his Master of Jurisprudence (with Distinction) degrees from Auckland University before completing a Master of Laws (with Distinction) at Dalhousie University. He is a Professor of Law at the University of Windsor of Canada, where he has also served as Dean of Law. For a number of years he held a part-time professorial appointment at the Auckland Law School and has taught on both the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. He will next year be teaching Remedies Law for the Master of Laws programme. His most recent book is Equitable Remedies.
