ICC brings down first verdict

Chris Mahony from the Faculty of Law was interviewed on Radio New Zealand's "Nine to Noon" programme on 20 March about the recent International Criminal Court conviction of Congolese warlord, Thomas Lubanga, for using child soldiers. This was the ICC's first verdict, ten years after its establishment.
