Leaving Europe: The Legal and Political Implications of BREXIT

After more than 40 years of membership, the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union presents unprecedented legislative and constitutional challenges.

This seminar provides an opportunity to reflect on the nature of these challenges and on how they might be overcome, against the background of a possible second referendum on Scottish independence. Two leading UK experts will lead the discussion: Professor Paul Craig (Oxford University) and Professor Alan Page (Dundee University).

The seminar will be chaired by Professor Janet McLean.

Date:  Thursday 6 April
Time: 6pm
Venue:  Stone Lecture Theatre, 9 Eden Crescent, Building 801. Level 3
RSVP: by Thursday 30 March
